Why does Lichess do stupid stuff like this?

1. You create an account.
2. You either play someone low or high rated. If you win, you shoot up to like 1700 or 1800. Maybe you win again, then you go to 2000.
3. After that you plummet and lose and lose and lose and lose and lose and etc... On this account I lost my first game, so I lost and lost and lost and lost, etc...
4. I got 10 games so I could enter a tournament. I won that very easily. Why? Why are these initial 10 games so hard and difficult, but I can enter a tournament and win in 23 moves?
5. Then I can't join the regular rapid tournaments because I don't have 20 games yet. Ok, I see a yearly rapid thing. I join and it only has 3 minutes left!!! Does this mean there won't be another yearly rapid until next year? It's only April guys. What you are going to do for the next 8 months? No yearly rapid events?

So, I am left with this stupid 20 game restriction stuff. Why not just put us in a tournament now and evaluate us now. I don't want to be randomly paired with a bunch of cheaters. If I resigned and tried to get to 20 games, I will be falsely accused of sandbagging when all I want is to play a real game against a real person under real conditions.

I don't want any of this 10 or 20 restriction crap.
