Is the Danish Gambit reversed good? (scandinavian)

I was exploring the scandi defense for interesting stuff to play in rapid, when I found this gambit in the Panov Transfer:
1.e4 d5 2.exd5 Nf6 3.c4 c6 4.dxc6 e5 5.cxb7 Bxb7. it hasn't a name, but you can find in some website wtih the name of Ross Gambit.
But is it playable?

p.s.: if anyone is interested in Scandinavian, in particular the portuguese variation and Icelandic Gambit, I've recently uploaded a study about these: lichess.org/study/HXgPPcwh
This is called the Kloosterboer Gambit. I play it in Classical and do fairly well with it (around 1800 Lichess). It's not objectively good, but it's fun. I castle Queenside and try to overwhelm my opponent before they checkamte me.
thanks!
however, I was really surprised that Stockfish gives only 0.1/0.2 to White.
