My Centi-pawn loss is 4?!

I have had a few 12s and 9s but 4 is by far the lowest I have ever gotten. So that got me wondering have any of you guys ever gotten a centi-pawn loss of less than 4?

I have no idea how to embed the game so I created a link for the study incase anyone wanted to see.
After the rooks got off the board, there are many positions with a handful of moves hat lead to a draw, so for any of these you get a cpl of 0. Then, after the blunder, you have a huge advantage. As long as you hold a huge advantage, even if e.g. you don't play the quickest possible mate, you get a cpl of 0. I got an acpl of 2 this way.
If the opponent plays badly, it is easier to get a low AcPL.
Something like the combined AcPL is more meaningful.
I think this is as low as it could get!?

There's a game between IM opperwezen and GM Lunaticx where both players had very low cpls (4 and 5)
