Draw error

if after 50 moves you havent captured a piece or checkmated your opponent the game is a draw
After 50 "reversible" moves in a row, the game is drawn (where reversible means that the position before that move could be reached again after some series of legal moves).

The only "irreversible" moves are captures, pawn moves or moves that lose castling or en-passant rights; all other moves are reversible.

In your example, 68. Nxg3 was the last irreversible move, so the game was drawn 50 moves later (on move 118).
50 moves, no pieces captured and no pawn moves, that's a draw. I'm glad lichess calls a draw automatically.
