Dude, a Sufi master told me that in Istanbul ... so, I'm not surprised it's over your head ... it's probably over everybody's head ...

Would suggest switching "I play while I lay" to "I lie while I play" , or even "every night I play" (unless the sexual overtones are intentional)

Don't play too much, even I was facing the same problem at a certain point of time,i took a short break on the advise of @shadow1414 which was quite helpful
