Incorrectly declared draw on timeout

Black cannot force a win with only a bishop so it's draw.
paulll I don't think that is how it works. The draw by time out as far as I understand should be when a checkmate is technically impossible even if one is only possible with the help from the opposition
Dear Lichess developers! Can you fix this bug? The software adjusticate draws contrary to FIDE chess rules, should it be fixed?

Or at least, could anyone explain, how much material should I have to receive a win after opponent's timeout?
I think it is not a bug, since lichess deliberately does not use FIDE rules for adjudication, but I do not know the details of the conditions that are used.
AFAIK the game ends in a draw on lichess when a player does not have sufficient pieces to force checkmate. Meaning that if you win on time with only K+N or K+B the game ends in a draw.
Yes, that is the rule in chess , if one side has insuffecient mating material, that person cannot win by time.
