New Chess training system (variant!??)

Would like to suggest a training with rating and time control of like 15 or less seconds to solve a puzzle,

which would be rated and having also leaderboard,

the idea is be to improve the bullet and blitz quality,

(or just to make classes in training puzzle option, one for bullet, blitz, rapid and classical)

what do you think...
