And I looked at his games the guy with the username Robot_New_Alekhine and did not see any cheating on all of his games. Many blunders were made and obvious ones at that. Also there was no 0-0-0 games period. You could make a slight case for rating boosting (actually not.) but I don't even see that since it was one game he gained some rating for drawing it on move 2 (his opponent offered the draw also.) It clearly does not look like a case of cheating but a miss mark.

Robot_New_Akekhine's USCF is 2000+. Just thought that might help.
