The solution to most queen endgame puzzles in Lichess is to TRADE QUEENS ON THE FIRST MOVE. I believe it is so because of the algorithm used to extract the puzzles from games. A possible solution for this problem would be to make obligatory to most of these queen endgame puzzle candidates (let's say 95% of them) that its first move is not capturing the enemy queen, but any other queen, king, or pawn move.
