I had a 0/0/0 game thet was several moves like yours. My game ended in a draw (for obvious reasons). My opponent was a 2500 FM at Bullet. But yeah, it takes me thousands of games to have one 0/0/0 game, so it is indeed Extremely rare for anyone at any level.

I've had 0/0/0's (for me only) but a double-0/0/0 (both you and opponent having perfect play) is indeed rare under any time controls!

What's funny is I was convinced I was losing the entire time up until the repetition began. This game was honestly helpful for me in realizing the extent to which I "see ghosts" against strong opposition.
