You might try Zen mode or turning off the chat, in that case. If you don't see any accusations, it sounds like your problem would be solved.

For the record, zen mode only hides the chat while playing, once the game ends, the chat is available again (private players chat first, public spectators chat when you switch to analysis).
TBH, I've don't ever use it. I always think I somehow broke lichess when I hit that Z button.
I like it. It hides not only chat but also the information about your opponent's nick and rating. Playing without having to worry that you are supposed to win or lose is quite liberating. The only downside for me is that move list is also hidden and I don't even see how many moves have been played which makes keeping time management under control a bit harder.
Don't care about who accuses you. Report THEM for public shaming instead of insulting them back
