Simul question

I like it very much that Lichess has simuls as a feature.
Very cool !

However, if I create a simul, it is often hard to get even 2 or 3 players :(

Can Lichess have a more visible simul announcement ?
Or can we have a forum option where simuls can be announced with the weblink ?
Or say that I want to join a simul myself (as client, player) within the coming hour, then Lichess could have an auto join button for that, and then it is still up the simul giver to accept or not the available players.

Agreed. A list of open simuls at the bottom of the main page where tournament winners and today's leaders lists are would be good.
#2 I think it already works like this.

#1 The only "successful" simuls I've seen (and by successful I mean they had lots of players) are the ones made by streamers, and they obviously get that many players because most of them are being watched by a lot of people already, but for somebody that decides to make a simul on the spot, this is logically going to be more difficult to achieve.
Aha, you're right (didn't see it when i posted since there were none being hosted). I might be more prone to looking now that I know it's there.

That's pretty good then. it doesn't really make too much sense to host a simul unless you're titled or very highly rated anyway, so the expectations of us mortals shouldn't be too high.
I am sure that lots of 1500 rated players would like to play against a 2000+ player (like me) in a simul.

I've also seen 1500 rated players wanting to give a simul themselves. "Why ? Because we can" :-)

I would appreciate options for Lichess to make the created simuls more visible, or some other way to attract more players to join a simul.

Thank you.
They show under tournaments on start/lobby page when the host is rated 1700 or above.
