Why does the computer hate Pirc defense?

It's important to remember that the computer also calls some moves played by Lc0 and AlphaZero inaccuracies. The computer operates, I think, from heuristics, which are always prone to error in evaluation.
So it looks like the games you're complaining about are for the Mieses opening for white, which is honestly just a reverse Pirc. The reason why these moves would be inaccurate is that they give all the initiative to black. In the opening, black has to work towards equality, and you're giving him equality, and maybe even a small advantage due to the lack of threats and gifting of the initiative.
This isn't to say that the moves are bad, mind you. They are very playable if you enjoy more defensive chess. It's important to play what you enjoy over whatever the computer tells you to play. I really enjoy the Scandinavian for example, but I have had several games list off 1... d5 as an inaccuracy.
