Unless I missed something Bxh2 seems better than Qd6, after if Kxh2 then Qh4++ so Kh1 then Qh4 anyway with the idea of Bg3 , Kg1, Qh2++, white can only reply Re1 or Rd1. Re1 loose the rock against bishop after Bg3, Kg1, Bxf2, Ke1, Bxe1 so better play Rd1. Same moves for black anyway and it gives black 2 pawns and a really good looking position against an horse with the solution provided.
I understand that those problems are all about combination than can give some rapid exchange instead of positions but in this case, "find the best move for blacks" seems not clear enough.
