Опять разрыв соединения по вине Личеса и опять мне же поражение. Сколько можно!!!!!!!

Сегодня весь день разрывается соединение ИМЕННО НА ЛИЧЕСС.
У меня 3 поражения из-за этого. Прошу прощения,но хотел бы решить проблему и желательно вернуть эти очки.
Так как я хочу себе рекорд)

Я тоже обидно проиграл 2 партии из-за этого сегодня. Надо писать в Lichess Feedback или @thibault

Sorry to hear that, but unfortunately, we cannot fix your Internet connection.
And yes, you can have a perfect connection to YouTube, etc. and at the same time still have issues connecting to some other site, like Lichess. That's how Internet works. Servers are located at different places and you take different paths to each of them.
If this is reoccurring thing then you should probably complain to your ISP.

Could also be a problem with your own equipment, like buggy network card driver, firmware on your router, faulty electronics, etc. Try connecting with a cable if you are using a laptop.
But I just assumed it's ISP since a lot of Russian users complain about their connections and it's usually MegaFon. Someone also mentioned they solved it by clearing DNS cache on their device (the one that is connecting to the Internet).

Я не в пулю , и не в блиц играю я играю в классику, у меня времени остается целый вагон. Даже если с моей стороны разъединение на минуту другую, это значит что я всего лишь минуту потеряю, а никак не значит, что нужно ставить поражение!!!. А бывает даже соперник думает, в то время как разрывается соединение, а это значит даже ни секунды не теряю. Зачем же в таких случаях ставить поражение???
Это верх несправедливости, обычно в таких случаях я еще проигрываю, потому как это ужасно несправедливо.

На онлайн олимпиаде сборные, Китая и Индии и другие сборные проигрывали на Личессе из–за дисконнекта, у них на государственном уровне Интернет для сборных обеспечивался, или у них тоже не по вине Личесса дисконнект был, а из–за их плохого Интернета?

Да, у меня тоже часто так происходит хотя интернет отличный, роутер 4 антеночный. Сеть также не мегафон.

Secondly, the incident in the final happened due to global outage of Cloudflare servers (CDN). And in the match against Mongolia two players lost their games because of power outage that had affected their ISPs.

Here is the thing, if the issue had have been with Lichess's servers, it would have effected all the users. It doesn't. Hence, it's your equipment, your ISP's or all those other nodes between you and Lichess's servers.

As for forfeits on disconnects and temporary playbans, it's not your opponent's fault you have issues with your connection. It's very annoying to suddenly lose your opponent during a game. And since people do disconnect on purpose, we have to discourage it.

The only thing we can suggest to you is that you try to get a better connection or play longer time-control games that are more forgiving of disconnections, like correspondence.
